About the event
Join me in the fourth of 7 Chakra Cleanse Events.
This month we move on to the Heart Chakra, the Anahata.
We will be opening our hearts but also allowing for inner reflection.Â
Be prepared to uncover deep emotion but feel free to release it, if you wish too, in this comfortable and supportive environment.
This event is meant to discover and nurture the sacred vulnerablity we all hold inside us, meeting it with compassion and allowing us to grow and develop our empathy for others and our love for ourselves.
We will be moving slowly through yoga Asanas, with long holds and plently of support and also gentle fluid movement as we connect with the element of Air!
Sensory meditations, Sounds Baths and Yoga nidra will all be explored.
A few days before the event you will recieve a small parcel with carefully selected items to be used during the event, possibly including and not limited to;
Incense/Essential oils/Aromatics
Tea/Chocolate/Edibles
Candles/Elemental objects
Crystals/Meditation Stones

his ticket is for those who do not wish to receive the goodie box and just attend the event. (Parts of the event will deal directly with the items within the box and the participant should be aware of this, however this option is available for those who do not live in the UK or only wish to attend without the goodie box, alternative suggestions for the goodie box items will be given)
