Anja Chakra Cleanse

Join me in the Sixth of 7 Chakra Cleanse Events.

This month we move on to the Third Eye Chakra, Anja.

We find outer and inner awareness this month moving through powerful Yoga Flow Asana to charge our bodies and find wisdom from the outside, in.

This months chakra cleanse is all about connecting with the spirit, the one that lies within, that feeds us age old wisdom and affects our outer and inner perspective. We will be bringing a deep awareness to our bodies and minds through movement, breathwork and sensory meditation.

This chakra cleanse is all about light, lightness of body, of mind and connecting with the energy of light itself through candle gazing.

We will be moving through a fluid and lifting yoga flow and connecting to our breath with several pranayama techniques.

Sensory meditations, A sound bath and Yoga nidra will all be explored.

A few days before the event you will recieve a small parcel with carefully selected items to be used during the event, possibly including and not limited to;

Incense/Essential oils/Aromatics

Tea/Chocolate/Edibles

Candles/Elemental objects

Crystals/Meditation Stones

Particular items specific to each event

Join me for the sixth of these events. We will be energising our body before finally settling and finding deep relaxation.
