Sahasrara Chakra Cleanse

Join me in the last of 7 Chakra Cleanse Events.

This month we move on to the Crown Chakra, Sahasrara.

This deeply relaxing event will begin with yin yoga asana, as we find our meditative state and develop it.

This months chakra cleanse is all about unity and connection with the universe, we build on the wisdom we discovered in the last event and connect more deeply.

We will be starting with movement, using the intense nature of yin asana to find our meditative state and slowly moving to a place of deep relaxation, using self hypnosis techniques, crystal work, sensory meditations, sound baths and chanting. As always we will end with Yoga nidra

A few days before the event you will recieve a small parcel with carefully selected items to be used during the event, possibly including and not limited to;

Incense/Essential oils/Aromatics

Tea/Chocolate/Edibles

Candles/Elemental objects

Crystals/Meditation Stones

Particular items specific to each event
