About the event
Join me in the second of 7 Chakra Cleanse Events.
This month we move on to the Sacral Chakra, the Svadhishthana.
We will be moving slowly, flowing through Warming but gentle Yin Asana and connecting to the element of water.
Practicing various breathing techniques, different mudras (hand gestures) and different sensory meditations.Â
All Chakra Cleanse events involve a sound bath and end with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.
We will be using oils to massage different parts of our bodies and surround ourselves with scents that connect us to our sensual center. We will also be using the practice of sounding to connect deeper with our Sacral chakra.
Cultivating a state of balance through our emotions, connecting healthily to our sensuality and cultivating creativity.
A few days before the event you will recieve a small parcel with carefully selected items to be used during the event, possibly including and not limited to;
Incense/Essential oils/Aromatics
Tea/Chocolate/Edibles
Candles/Elemental objects
Crystals/Meditation Stones

his ticket is for those who do not wish to receive the goodie box and just attend the event. (Parts of the event will deal directly with the items within the box and the participant should be aware of this, however this option is available for those who do not live in the UK or only wish to attend without the goodie box, alternative suggestions for the goodie box items will be given)
