We are entering in to spring!
It's time to sow the seeds of what we want to grow and achieve this year.
Spring is a time of high energy, the days are longer, the weather is warmer, we welcome it with open arms but...
...We have just come out of the long rest of winter and we are a little sleepy and sometimes such a strong change in energy can be a little daunting.
In this event we will be cultivating energy in the body, awakening our minds, reviewing the work we have done over winter.
