Vishuddha Chakra Cleanse

The very popular Chakra Cleanses are BACK!

Join me in the fifth of 7 Chakra Cleanse Events.

This month we move on to the Throat Chakra, Vishuddha.

We will be working with sound and delving deep to discover and draw out some inner truths.

This months chakra cleanse is all about deep self connection and communication, with our true selves and those around us. We will be digging deep and creating a safe space to express and release any hidden messages we may need to draw out. While also finding a healthy way to be true to ourselves.

We will be connecting deeply with sound through sound baths, sounding (a form of sound healing) and affirmations.

Sensory meditations, Restorative Yoga and Yoga nidra will all be explored.

A few days before the event you will recieve a small parcel with carefully selected items to be used during the event, possibly including and not limited to;

Incense/Essential oils/Aromatics

Tea/Chocolate/Edibles

Candles/Elemental objects

Crystals/Meditation Stones

Particular items specific to each event

Join me for the fifth of these events. It will be a relaxing 2 hours, releasing our bodies from the need to hold so we can delve deeper into our true selves and maybe even make some discoveries along the way.
