About the event
Join me in this first of 7 Chakra Cleanse Events.
This month we start out our base, our Root Chakra, the Muladhara.
We will be moving slowly, flowing through Restorative and Grounding Yoga Asanas, Practicing various breathing techniques and several different meditations. Including sensory experiences and yoga nidra.Â
We will be chanting and deeply grounding ourselves, cleansing and balancing through our Root Chakra.
Cultivating a sense of safety and security, coming out the otherside feeling strong and replenished.
A few days before the event you will recieve a small parcel with carefully selected items to be used during the event, including but not limited to;
Incense
Tea
Candle/s
Crystals/Meditation Stones

This ticket is for those who do not wish to receive the goodie box and just attend the event. (Parts of the event will deal directly with the items within the box and the participant should be aware of this, however this option is available for those who cannot afford the full admission and still wish to attend)
