Stuck in a rut? Having physical or mental symptoms that you don't fully understand? feeling emotionally stuck? Feeling unsafe in your body or holding irrational fear? The list of things I could put here that can be improved through chakra work is endless. In these sessions we discover the areas where you need work, then using a range of different techniques, (depending on the chakra, and what you are personally most perceptive too and comfortable with) to active, cleanse or balance specific chakras. Techniques include: Guided meditation Yoga Sound baths Sensory meditation Chanting/Vocal work Card work Self massage Mirror work Journal work Good ol' conversation These sessions can be booked as a singular session or as a block of 4 with a discount.
