Are you an experienced practitioner and want to expand your practice? Maybe you've never tried yoga before and the idea of a group class doesn't suit you? These classes are tailored personally to you, what you want to gain personally and what your body and mind needs. Private classes come with a free 15 minute initial consultation to discuss, goals, styles and focus.
