Rise and Shine - Wake up Yoga

Service Description

This 30 min morning class, gives the body an overall stretch and helps you get ready for the day ahead as we use lots of energising poses to wake you and your body up! Classes are on Monday mornings, to get you ready for the week ahead and Friday morning to help give you that last energising push before the weekend. Class available for all levels as always! Always available to answer questions or have a quick chat after class!
